Seems to be high quality fabric, and very soft. It is very slightly translucent (might barely show undergarment outlines) so I will be lining it. You could probably get away without doing that if you don't intend to use it for workwear. One comment, the flowers are some sort of fabric paint. It still looks great and I have no issues with it, but you need to be careful while ironing so they don't melt.

Fantastic broom!

I love a corn straw broom, and I use them until the bristles have worn past the sewing lines and leave more straw than dirt. This usually takes 10+ years. So when my current broom reached this point, I started looking for a replacement The brooms in the stores were HALF the thickness of my old broom and had skinny metal handles. Basically, they were not worth the $10-15 price tag. So I looked online and found this broom.

It took me a few days to pull the trigger because of the price but I’m so glad I did! This particular broom is black (which I LOVE), the sweeping part is so THICK and sturdy, ( it can stand on its own), and the wooden handle, (broomstick) is at least 1.5” inches diameter and SOLID. It’s also long enough for someone who is a bit taller .
Do not let the price discourage you. This broom is exceptionally well made, and is probably under priced. We’re so used to only finding cheap, poorly made products, that we have a hard time buying a quality product for a little more. Don’t fall into that trap! This is a wonderful broom and an excellent value!!
