Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Steps for Return/Exchange
To start a return, you can contact us at service@longancraft.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange in your email.
- Our customer support team will respond to your email and guide you through the return or exchange process.
- If applicable, our team will provide you with a return label or detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all tags and accessories intact. We recommend packaging the item securely to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.

- Please note that it is important to retain proof of shipment, such as a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return or exchange criteria.
- For defective, damaged items, or errors on our part, we will process your refund or exchange within seven days.
- For returns due to a change of mind or sizing issues, refunds will be processed within seven days upon receipt of the returned product.
- If you choose to exchange the product, we will ship the replacement item once the return has been received and processed.

- Change of Mind or Sizing Issues: You'll bear the return shipping costs and shipping costs for the replacement product.
